Do you sell wholesale?

How are your products packaged?

We try to be as Eco friendly as we can be when it comes to packaging. All our packaging boxes are fully recyclable and we only ever use eco peanuts or wood wool to keep your products safe during transit. When using plastic we always opt for recyclable PET and eco friendly bubble wrap. Every order you place is packed with care and love using postal box and colourful packing peanuts. These boxes are then placed in outer bigger boxes for extra safety.  

My Order has arrived damaged?

We always recommend checking your order upon delivery as on the rare occasion breakages and damages can happen. If your order has been damaged please notify us straight away so we can arrange a return of your products and get a new order sent out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to replace items that have been opened so always check first to make sure you are happy.

What payment options do you offer?

Our payment options are as followed, PayPal checkout ( easy checkout with customer protection on all purchases no account needed ) All major debit cards and credit cards, apple pay, google pay, buy now pay later with Klarna, Pay in 3 instalments with Klarna and buy now pay later with layby. My Bath Bomb Has Cracks?

Cracks in bath bombs are perfectly harmless and unfortunately can happen for many different reasons but this does not affect the use of your product. We try our hardest to ensure all products go out in pristine condition so if you are ever unhappy with a product please get in touch and we will happily replace for you.

Are any of your products vegan friendly?

Absolutely all of our products are vegan friendly! We never use animal derives in any of our products. We are 100% Vegan & Cruelty free.

The item I've ordered is now out of stock?

occasionally a technical issue may arise where our website has not updated the stock inventory and an item in your order may be temporarily out of stock. If this should happen we will email you to confirm this and you will then have the options to either replace with an alternative product, claim a refund or wait for the product to arrive back in stock. 

Are your products really handmade?

Yes! Every product we stock is 100% handmade and hand painted by us here at Fizzybombs, We are fully certified and each product we release goes through thorough testing with a cosmetic assessment at the end that ensures each product we release to you is 100% safe for use, You can join us at Fizzybombs Kitchen on Facebook to see our behind the scenes and what new products were working on.

Are your products suitable for children?

Absolutely! All of our products have been assessed for children aged 3 years and over, so they can enjoy the wonderful colourful experience of bath bombs without any problems. As a mother myself i always create with children in mind so you can rest assured there is never any harmful ingredients inside our products. We do always recommend that children aged under 7 years old are always supervised when using bath products in the bath.

Are your products suitable during pregnancy?

With pregnancy our bodies change considerably and we often become more prone to infections and open ourselves up for new allergies. For this reason we always recommend speaking with either a gp or your midwife before using our products during pregnancy. A full list of ingredients can be found on each product page. Although no harsh chemicals are used in our products, various synthetic fragrances do contain allergens. We can confirm however that all products containing our raspberry fragrance are 100% allergen free and can be safely used during pregnancy.  


A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

If you receive your'e order and there is items missing please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and send your missing items out to you asap. We will always ensure we do all we can to prevent this issue arising.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We try our very hardest to ensure that each item arrives to you in pristine condition however there may be a case where damage has happened during transit, so it's very important you check through your order on arrival. If any of your items are damaged or faulty please contact us straight away and we will happily replace/refund any damaged goods.

Will you refund the delivery charges on my parcel?

We do not refund delivery charges on returns however if there is damage or fault to a whole order then we will refund the delivery cost for you to return the items and send out replacements free of charge.

My Parcel has not arrived on the expected delivery date?

All parcels are 100% tracked but if for some reason your parcel has not arrived please contact us straight away so that we can chase it up with our couriers. During busier times of the year parcels can become delayed and take longer to arrive. We will always do our best to get your parcels out to you on time.

I have placed an order can i cancel?

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order then please contact us straight away via email/phone and we will be happy to cancel your order and arrange for a refund. If your order has already been dispatched your order will most likely be with our couriers in which case we will no longer be able to cancel your order, instead you must wait until you have received your order and then arrange a return with us.

My bath bomb has arrived broken?

If your order has arrived and there is significant breakage to your bath bombs, we will always send out a new replacement for you. There is nothing worse than damaged bath bombs! All damages must be reported to us as soon as your delivery arrives so please check your products, photographic evidence will be required. Please note we can not replace or refund products that have been open and are damaged. Bath bombs are fragile and care must be taken when opening your bath bomb to avoid causing damage to the product.
